Closing Attorney Information

 

If you need to request closing information for one of the HOA's that we manage, please do so at least 72 business hours in advance of closing.  We are open Monday-Thursday from 10am-3pm.  Please keep that in mind when requesting closing information. There is a transfer fee of $150 if requested at least 72 hours or more before closing.  If you send in a 'rush' request for the information, then the fee is $250.  Rush requests are considered anything less than 72 business hours before closing. If there are additional documents from the lender or closing attorney that need to be filled out, there will be a fee of $50 per document.
