Ridge Terrace Bylaws and Regulations

The quarterly regime fees are $170 due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year.

There is a one time Capital Contribution of $100 charged to the first Buyer at closing.

There is also a one time Developer Capital Contribution of $200 charged to the Developer at the first closing.
